This meditation is designed to teach you how to adjust your body to create awareness of the 9 Natural Energy Centers and to walk you through a simple meditation using awareness of each center.
The more you practice the 9 activations in the body the easier it gets to learn to access these energies when interacting with other people. Learning to see and support others with our body is one of the great benefits of 9 Energies. This exercise also teaches you how to move from one Natural Energy to another, helping you to more fully trust and understand the other Natural Energies.
